I created the tag sorter to help my wife maintain the tags in her gallery at http://www.digitalbotanicals.com. She wanted a utility that would allow her to sort the tags, eliminate duplicates and easily change the separator character from spaces to semicolons which would allow her to post to both her blog and Flickr.
